…And another season is closing out! Sunday, May 30, 2021, NGS started their seasonal Mead Hall, where off-season discussions start. They talk about season 11 surveys, casters, community awards, Season 12 tentative dates, free agent combine, and all-around updates.

Second place went to Heavy Impact, and third place went to TFzugrugs. For Storm Division, the prize pool finished with $1,050!
For Storm Division Season 3, sign-ups begin June 28, 2021!
- Qualifier 1: July 7th and 8th
- Qualifier 2: July 14th and 15th
- Qualifier 3: July 21st and 22nd
- Qualifier 4: July 28th and 29th
- Qualifier 5: July 31st and August 1st (if necessary)
- Qualifier 6: August 4th and August 5th (if necessary)
There will most likely only be four qualifiers because the top 4 teams of Storm Division can return to play as well as the winner of the Heroic Division.
Charity
Season 11 Champion Charity event raised over $1,700 for St. Jude Research Hospital. The winners of each division played each other. For the upper tier, WildHeart won, and for the lower tier, Resurgence of the Storm won.
The next charity tournament you can tune into is the Regen Aram Tournament in partnership with NGS. This event will be raising money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation on June 5th, 2021, at 1 pm EDT. Check out the community plug in NGS discord for streams.
Casting and NGS Awards
Season 11 Casting numbers are in! 83% of all games were live cast. bAnkeei delivered a whopping 72 games cast for Season 11 and received the Favorite Caster Vote. TheLichQueen won the vote for the Favorite Co-Caster! Thank you to all the casters!
The Excellence Awards for community excellence goes to Krushinator!

Season 12
Free Agent Combine will be hosted Tuesday, July 6, 2021, starting at 7:00 pm – 11:59 pm EDT. It will be set for four 75-minute blocks that anyone can sign up as a Free Agent, Recruiter, or Substitute! Sign-ups for this event will be open on June 25, 2021 (Tentative). As always, please check NGS discord for more info.

Important Dates 2021
- NGS Summer Event will be June 7th through July 4th.
- Season 12 registration opens June 21st through July 18th.
- Placement Mead Hall is Sunday, August 1st at 9 pm EDT.
- Regular Season Starts Monday, August 9th.
- Last Day of Regular Season, Sunday, October 17th.
- Playoffs: Monday, October 18th to Sunday, November 21st.
- Grand Finals Week: Monday, November 15th to Sunday, November 21st.
