Bork Side of the Moon has only participated in dominations this season, defeating Macro Macrines (2-0) and falling to Clouded Minds (0-2). Bork has drawn some wilder bans with The Lost Vikings and Sgt. Hammer being removed. We expect to continue to see some powerful drafts from Bork. They play two matches this week starting Tuesday against Magnitude: Aftershock and then wrapping up Friday with Bunker Fun Time.
Bunker Fun Time has started the season off with a bang – scoring victories over Surely We Scale (2-1) and Clouded Minds (2-0). One interesting note: Bunker Fun Time has led every single map in total takedowns in all five games they have played. They are now tied for leading the division and will face off with Bork Side of the Moon on Friday.
Clouded Minds had an incredibly powerful showing in their season opening bout with Bork Side of the Moon (2-0). They scored more takedowns by a massive margin (combined 35 between two games). They did have a hiccup against Bunker Fun time (0-2) as the new roster shakeup of BFT was able to stay away from the kill squad presented from CM. They face Roll 1 Esports on Wednesday.
Macro Machines have struggled off the line this season, facing two powerful opponents in Bork Side of the Moon (0-2) and Magnitude: Aftershock (0-2). We anticipate the rhythm to come back to MM quickly as the season continues. They clash with Surely We Scale on Thursday.
Magnitude: Aftershock have split their season thus far with a victory over Macro Machines (2-0) and a loss to Roll 1 Esports (0-2). With powerful kill comps in each game, M:A appears to be a threatening force in the divison. They square off with Bork Side of the Moon on Tuesday.
Roll1 Esports are off to the races, winning both each of their matches that last two weeks. They began with a victory over Magnitude: Aftershock (2-0) and followed it up with a win against Surely We Scale (2-1). A bit of intrigue for you, R1E is not the first team to schedule all their matches. Has Rock been dethroned? Was there a conspiracy between the other teams to ice the scheduling champion?
Surely We Scale are the tenacious badgers of the division, refusing to let another team out of a match without bleeding. Though they have lost each of their contests – Roll 1 Esports (1-2) and Bunker Fun Time (1-2) – they have taken both sets to the distance AND have had some very long map durations. Humorously enough, they may also have the fastest victory, with a 10 minute 32 second win over R1E on Cursed Hollow.

Highlight Match of the Week
Friday Night’s matchup between Bork Side of the Moon and Bunker Fun Time promises to be stunning – two veteran teams, both with strong showings thus far in the season, explosive combos. It’ll be pandemonium! No broadcaster yet (I am a tentative to pick it up. Month end is tricky.) Looking forward with great anticipation.
